Cauliflower Gnocchi
Thank you Trader Joeβs! These little pillows of goodness are now always a staple in our freezer.
They are quick and easy to make. I suggest following the sautΓ© pan instructions and getting them nice and browned.
Things to keep in mind. This is not just cauliflower. It also contains cassava flour and potato starch, which also makes it a carbohydrate. But the good thing is it still contains less carbohydrates than your standard gnocchi and since it also contains cauliflower it provides more fiber per serving!
