Thank you Trader Joe’s! These little pillows of goodness are now always a staple in our freezer.
They are quick and easy to make. I suggest following the sauté pan instructions and getting them nice and browned.
Things to keep in mind. This is not just cauliflower. It also contains cassava flour and potato starch, which also makes it a carbohydrate. But the good thing is it still contains less carbohydrates than your standard gnocchi and since it also contains cauliflower it provides more fiber per serving!
