It just feels good.
I had always been a little skeptical about some of the promised benefits of dry brushing, so I had to try it for myself.
I love that it definitely exfoliates and you can actually see the dead skin flake off. As for it helping to reduce cellulite, the jury is still out. Sometimes when I’m using it more consistently I think it is and sometimes not.
I need to be committed to dry brushing daily to see if these effects are real. However, in the end I do it because it just feels good.
