Mint Choco Chip Smoothie

BLENd:

1 scoop protein powder (This one is my favorite)

1 scoop collagen 

1 Tbsp. coconut oil 

4 fresh mint leaves

1 cup frozen spinach

1 Tbsp. chia seeds 

Small handful cocoa nibs

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk* 

3/4 cup coconut milk* 

*Add more or less ot create desired consistency

 

This healthy fat, protein-rich delicious smoothie is just what you need to curb those sugar cravings and help keep you full throughout the day! I am a sucker for anything mint chocolate chip so this one is a regular in my smoothie routine.
