The TRX is one of my favorite workouts for 3 reasons. 

1. Versatility.

The different moves and muscle groups you can target are endless. 

2. Effectiveness.

It allows you to go deeper into muscle groups that you may not be able to on your own without the support of the TRX. 

3. Portability.

A TRX strap weights under 2 lbs and can be easily thrown into your gym bag or suitcase when traveling. Hook it up to any secure door or post and you're good to go.
