Mung Bean Pasta
This mung bean fusilli is such a great alternative to regular pasta.
It still has carbs like pasta, but it also acts as a protein and fiber source (9 g of fiber per serving!), which helps to control your blood sugar and insulin levels.
I also love this pasta with most sauces like a red sauce, pesto, or in my Mac No Cheese for extra nutrition. It also works great to have in a cold pasta salad!
