Shrimp Caesar Salad

2 cups of curly kale (or other greens preference but I find curly kale stand up the best to the caesar dressing)

3 Tbsp. Lemon Tarragon Caesar Dressing

4 oz. wild-caught sautéed shrimp 

1/4 avocado, sliced 

1, 6-minute egg

1/4 lemon to squeeze 

One of my favorite caesar salad combinations. So many healthy fats in one bowl! I also love it with salmon and some roasted veggies. Make this one your own!
