6-Minute Egg



1. Boil enough water to cover the egg and then boil the egg for 6 minutes. Remove the egg and place in water with ice (ice bath) to stop the cooking. 

2. Once the egg is cool enough to touch peel the egg and slice it down the middle lengthwise. 

The 6-Minute Egg is my favorite kind of egg. I love adding it my Shrimp Caesar Salad, a brothy noodle dish, piled high on Avocado Toast or even my Sweet Potato Toast!
