I absolutely love these already seasoned jackfruit varieties.
The ingredients are just what you would add in yourself and all you have to do is through it on a pan and heat. I like to get the pan really hot and char it a little to get that crispy BBQ texture.
One thing to keep in mind though is that this is a fruit. So while there is less sugar than most fruit they do contain mainly carbohydrates and very minimal protein. If you have these with a meal make sure you also have a protein source along side like beans or wild-caught shrimp!
